francuskie paszteciki z kremowym tuńczykiem
Podając Wam kolejny przepis na wykorzystanie ciasta francuskiego czuję, jakbym trochę szła na łatwiznę. Prawda jest jednak taka, że mnogość sposobów wykorzystania ciasta francuskiego po prostu nie pozwala mi przestać eksperymentować i próbować kolejnych kombinacja. Te francuskie paszteciki z kremowym tuńczykiem okazały się być bardzo udanym eksperymentem. Nieco delikatniejsze i subtelniejsze w smaku od pasztecików z makrelą i szpinakiem, ale równie apetyczne.
Zastanawiam się czy jest jeszcze coś o czym nie pomyślałam, by zawinąć w ciasto francuskie…? Nie mówię, że wsadziłam tam już wszystko co mogłam, ale z pewnością rozważyłam wiele, wiele, wieeeele możliwości :) No i pomysłów mam co najmniej na rok, szkoda, tylko, że ciasto francuskie jest tak kaloryczne i od nowego roku w związku z projektem: “Od nowego roku się odchudzam” będę musiała trochę spasować z jego wykorzystywaniem w mojej kuchni (ale oczywiście nie znaczy to, że będę potrafiła zrezygnować z niego całkowicie) ;)
Składniki:
- rolka ciasta francuskiego
- puszka tuńczyka w sosie własnym
- 2 duże łyżki kremowego serka Philadelphia
- 5 większych suszonych pomidorów z zalewy z ziołami
- 1 jajko
- sól
- pieprz (najlepiej świeży, grubo mielony)
Tuńczyka mieszamy z serkiem, przyprawiamy solą i pieprzem. Suszone pomidory drobno siekamy.
Pomidory nakładamy na rozwinięty rulon ciasta wzdłuż dłuższego boku, kilka centrymetrów od krawędzi, a następnie na wierzch kładziemy masę z tuńczyka (jeśli zrobimy odwrotnie to olej z pomidorów utrudni sklejenie ciasta). Bok, bliżej którego leży farsz zakładamy do środka, a następnie rolujemy w taki sposób, by obie krawędzie ciasta lekko na siebie nachodziły.
Gotowy rulon kroimy na kawałki długości około 4-5 cm i układamy na blaszce w wyłożonej pergaminem.
Jajko roztrzepujemy, dodajemy soli i pieprzu i pędzelkiem smarujemy wierzch pasztecików.
Pieczemy około 10 minut w temperaturze 200 stopni (aż wierzch się ładnie przypiecze).
